The Wild Horses Drawstring Bag was inspired by the story of Aria Bas, a young horse rescued from illegal racing. After suffering a serious leg injury, she was given a second chance and now lives peacefully on a farm, surrounded by other animals. We imagined three horses living with that same freedom – moving at their own pace, depending on no one and answering to no one. The orange star above them is a small symbol of protection, always keeping watch.

The illustration combines screen printing and hand painting for the first time in one of our designs. The horses are screen printed, while the surrounding landscape is applied by hand using screen-printing inks, a stencil, sponges and fine brushes. The hand-painted elements create subtle variations from one bag to another, making each one slightly different.

The lower part of the backpack is made from durable eco leather, while the upper section is made from beige cotton. The drawstring closure keeps the design simple and practical, making it easy to carry your everyday essentials.
