You can place an order by following the next steps:

• Select the desired product and the amount.
• Click the button “ADD TO CART” to add the product to the shopping cart.
• Click on the shopping bag icon in the upper right corner of the page, to see all selected products.
• Click “VIEW BAG & CHECKOUT”, then click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
• Enter your information in the “BILLING DETAILS” section. In case you want to send the shipment to different address, it is necessary to check the box “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS”.
  After all this steps, click “PLACE ORDER”.
• After clicking “PLACE ORDER”, the security page of our bank will open to confirm your order.
• The next page shows the confirmation of the successful order, with the order number and all the accompanying details. This confirmation is also sent to the e-mail address specified when ordering.

Post Export (an external company that delivers goods for us), delivers packages to your home address.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days.

The estimated delivery time is shown for informative purposes only. Polender company cannot vouch for the estimated delivery time shown in the table. The package can be kept longer than initially planned at certain posts for safety checking procedures, which can postpone the estimated delivery time. As it was previously stated, delivery can last up to 30 days. Prolonged deliveries are also likely during holiday seasons, as processing the packages can take longer than usually.

You can pay for the items while placing an order through the Polender Online Store in following ways:

• Personally, when taking over (cash on delivery) – for domestic customers only
• Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard
• PayPal system

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your destination, weight and dimensions of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

If you order 2 or more products, shipping will be free (International shipping only).

You can send items to different shipping addresses by specifying the name and shipping address of each recipient when you place your order. You can enter the information for delivery to the field “SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS”

ORDER STATUS

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
